Copper oxychloride 698g+Cymoxanil 42g WP is a powerful combination that effectively protects crops against fungal diseases such as downy mildew and late blight. Copper forms a protective layer on leaves, while cymoxanil penetrates the plant, preventing disease early on. This combination offers both preventative and fast-acting effects, making it a reliable choice for crops such as grapes, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. Copper oxychloride 698g+Cymoxanil 42g WP formula is easy to apply and provides even coverage. This dual action reduces the risk of pesticide resistance, helping farmers achieve healthier crops and higher yields.

Mode of Action

Copper oxychloride: provides a broad-spectrum protective barrier, preventing pathogens from entering.
Cymoxanil: provides systemic and penetrant treatment, eliminating pathogens that have already invaded tissues.
This combination offers the advantages of protection, treatment, and resistance management.

Application Recommendations

Precautions

1.Crop Safety

(1)Copper preparations are sensitive to certain crops (such as peach, plum, cucumber seedlings, and pineapple leaves) and can easily cause phytotoxicity. Therefore, they should be tested          on a small area before widespread use.
(2)Application under high temperatures (above 30°C) and strong sunlight can easily burn leaves. Avoid spraying at noon or in the scorching sun.

2.Application Method

(1)Spray evenly, ensuring coverage of both sides of leaves and fruit. Avoid overdosing on specific areas.
(2)Avoid mixing with strongly acidic or alkaline pesticides and fertilizers to prevent decomposition and ineffectiveness or phytotoxicity.
(3)If mixing is necessary, conduct a small-area test beforehand.

3.Resistance Management

(1)Cymoxanil is a cellular nucleotide synthesis inhibitor and is prone to developing resistance. It is recommended to alternate with fungicides with different mechanisms of action.
(2)Use a maximum of 3–4 times per growing season. Avoid continuous use.

4.Application Conditions

(1)Avoid spraying immediately before rain, as this will reduce the effectiveness of the pesticide. Re-spray after rain as appropriate.
(2)During continuous rainy and humid weather, the interval between spraying should be shortened (approximately 7 days).

5.Personnel and Environmental Safety

(1)When applying pesticides, wear protective clothing, gloves, and a mask to avoid contact with skin and eyes.
(2)Clean spray equipment after application, and ensure that wastewater does not contaminate rivers or ponds.
(3)Store in a cool, dry place away from children, livestock, and food.
